Fall/Winter Holiday Outfits

Show holiday spirit in a unique and chic way!

THANKSGIVING
Casual Thankgiving
Thanksgiving is usually small and intimate at my house, so we tend to be casual. I love aztec print sweaters. Perfect for showing Native American spirit. Add some moccasin boots, colored leggings, and a scarf, you have the perfect Thanksgiving look.

If your family is a little more formal, a blazer is a great way to go. I love the dark turquoise color for the fall. Pair it with any LBD and some nude heels. If you're going for a more semi-formal look, pair a blazer with a floral scarf, skinnies, and solid flats.

HANUKKAH
Mustard dress with royal blue heels
Mustard is a must-have for this year's fall closet. Hanukkah is the perfect time to bring it back in the winter. What better way to represent a beautiful golden menorah or a the sacred star of David? Mustard is also great for accessorizing. You can wear a pair of royal blue heels to keep the Hanukkah colors involved or a pair of burgundy heels if you don't want to overdo it.

CHRISTMAS

It's hard to ignore red in a Christmas outfit. But rather than using typical, bright, Santa Clause-red, try a cranberry red or wine color. And rather than making red the focus of the outfit, take a plain black dress, and use it as a blank pallet for accessories.

You can also forget about red all together and sport the rather "ignored" color of Christmas, garland green! Kim Kardashian looks gorgeous in this green velvet dress!

NEW YEARS EVE

There is no better combo for NYE this year than sequins and leather. Feel free to step outside the typical 'gold and silver' themes. Navy sequins or forest green sequins are gorgeous! If you're not into sequins you can replace that with metallic pieces.

If you really want to do something different this NYE, try feathers. Feathers are back and they are here to stay. You can incorporate feathers in so many ways. This model is sporting a dress with a feather detailed skirt. If you don't want to overdo the feathers, you can add smaller accents. Try a hair piece, a clutch, or a pair of earrings.

VALENTINES DAY

When it comes to V-Day, there are two types of people: The lovers and the haters. This look is for the haters. To the girls who are used crying in bed every Valentines Day, take a new spin on the holiday of love. Call up your single girl friends, make some strong drinks, and celebrate the single life together. As an outfit suggestion, black lace with red pumps and dark lipstick. It makes a statement that says "I may not have arm candy, but I have a love for style".

As for the lovers, theres no doubt you'll be going on dates with your significant others. For this occasion, I also suggest lace, but white this time. For the Valentine touch, red or pink skinnies are perfect. You can also use red or pink accessories. Adding a leopard accessory brings a sexy touch to the look.

I also adore dresses and shirts with heart cut outs in the back!

How do you plan on staying chic this holiday season? Please share your ideas!
